Highs And Lows Of Running

When I look at running, my whole body says STOP NO DON’T! But there are some who love running so much, it’s like breathing to them. I wish that was my story, but it’s not.

So how can I expel the Highs and Lows of running? Easy, it’s no different than anything else you want in your lifestyle that breaths success to you. It’s got some good and some bad.

Do What You Love:

If running is what you love, then do it. Do it when you’re happy and absolutely do it when you’re have the worst day ever. There is a freedom, as well as an element of control when you run that is just for you. It is a moment that you don’t have to share with anyone. It is your moment to connect with not just your mental but your physical self as well. It gives you the best of everything you are with every step.

How To Be Body Confident

The downside to running is the thought that you must have a runner’s body to even consider it. I have known women who loved to run in high school and college, but then as life went on a few pounds here and there, they felt like their running days were over. Not at all. If running is something you fondly remember, then it’s also something that can bring you joy today; right now, how ever you look. Don’t be afraid to put on some running pants, lace up your sneakers and get out there. Maybe you start with a jog. A jog will trigger those joy filled memories of your running days and before you know it, you’re a mile down the road. Remember, when you run it’s just you and the ground under you. No one else matters. No one else is involved. It’s your moment of sole joy, do it for yourself. You won’t regret it.
